Nani General Info

You can find Nani in many retail stores nationwide. Reach out to the customer care team and we will help you find a store near you.

Nani Outlet Store: 3065 North 200 West, Suite #100, North Logan, Utah. Hours: Tuesday to Friday - 10 am to 6 pm. Saturday - 10 am to 4 pm.

The Nani Outlet Store does not provide online order pick-ups.

We aren't currently looking for brand ambassadors, but if you are interested in working with Nani as an influencer or on a collaboration, send us an email at hello@naniswimwear.com.

Unfortunately, Nani does not offer price adjustments. Reach out to our customer care team for more help if needed.

Nani is based in the mountains of Northern Utah. Designed, owned, and run by women- we get you!

Nani is the Hawaiian word for beautiful and was chosen because we want every woman to feel Nani. Our mission is to create fashion forward, active swimwear that empowers women to feel comfortable and confident. The Nani brand pillars are super important to us and include sustainability, inclusivity, and active coverage.

Orders

As soon as you place an order, our fulfillment center is on it as they work hard to get your package out fast. Check your order carefully before submitting it at checkout as we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed. We are happy to accept any unwanted items for return. Here is the link to our return portal!

There has been an increasing number of orders with USPS that have been scanned as delivered a day before they reach the customer. We recommend checking with your neighbors and your local post office first. Packages almost always appear after a day or two. 

If your tracking number show the package was shipped but the tracking never updates, and you purchased shipping insurance with you order, please reach out to our customer care team to make an insurance claim. 

If you didn't receive an email confirming your order number, please reach out to our customer care team. It's possible that the email address was entered incorrectly, but don't worry—we can help you fix it. Let us know which email address you'd like the order updates sent to.

This doesn’t happen often, and we’re so sorry it happened to you! Please send a photo of the damaged item, along with the order number, to help@naniswimwear.com. We’ll make sure to take care of it quickly!

Product

We offer physical or digital gift cards. They can be shipped or delivered by email. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Reach out to our customer care team if you have questions.

Nani suits are durable and made with high quaility recycled fabric. The delicate spandex fibers of any swimsuit can be damaged however. Here are some quick tips to help you extend the life of your swim-

Hot water, chlorine, and sunscreen are not your swimsuit's friends. These things are not only hard on suits but can ruin them. The spandex in the fabric is vulnerable to heat and harsh chemicals.

Be diligent about post-wear rinse. Shower off with fresh water as you get out of the pool. Hand wash with a delicate detergent when needed. Lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never twist to wring out water.

Check out the Nani SIZING PAGE here. Nani suits run true to size, order your normal dress size. If you are in-between sizes, we suggest sizing down on swim. Your suit should fit snug when dry to make sure it stays with you when wet.

We understand things don't always work out and are happy to help you return items. All you need to return your items is your order number and shipping zip code. If you don't have this information, reach out to our customer care team

Nani offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the delivery date. After this period, items will no longer be eligible for return in our system. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our customer care team.

Shipping

We work hard to get your order out quickly! We have been experiencing some slight delays with overwhelmed shipping carriers that are out of our control but we will email you a tracking number so you are aware of the transit times. 

The shipping speeds are as follows:

Flat Rate Shipping - 10-14 Business Days

Priority Shipping - 5-7 Business Days

*UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 Business Days

*UPS Next Day Air - 1 Business Day

*Expedited orders placed after after 12:00 PM MST will ship next business day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are considered business days. Holidays that may land on the days listed above not considered business days.

Yes! You may choose your order shipping speed at checkout where calculated rates are provided.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR    Orders placed before 1:00 pm (MST/MDT), will ship the same day.  Orders after 1:00 pm (MST/MDT) will ship the following day.  UPS 2nd Day Air is a two business day delivery, AFTER the date the order was completed.  EXAMPLE: Orders placed on Wednesday with 2nd-day air before 1:00 pm will be picked up by UPS the same day.  Thursday will count as the 1st business day, and Friday will count as 2nd business and delivery day.  Orders placed after 1:00 pm (MST/MDT), will be batched for fulfillment and shipping the next business day. EXAMPLE: Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Wednesday will ship Thursday, business day 1 will be Friday, and business day 2, will be Monday.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR   Orders placed before 1:00 pm (MST/MDT), will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 1:00 pm (MST/MDT) will ship the following day.  UPS NEXT DAY AIR is a one-business-day delivery service.  EXAMPLE: Orders placed on Thursday before 1:00 pm (MST/MDT) will be picked up by UPS the same day.  Delivery will be Friday.  Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 pm (MST/MDT) will ship the same day, and be delivered on Monday or Saturday for select areas (the next business day). EXAMPLE: Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 pm (MST/MDT) will be batched for shipping the following Monday.

Nani Swimwear is not responsible for delays or change of delivery times once shipments are in possession of UPS.

UPS does not run service on weekends in many areas.  

Currently, we only ship to Canada outside of the U.S.

Canada orders: Choose our international flat rate shipping option during checkout. Shipping is estimated at around ten days, but we will email you a tracking number as your order ships.
