Return Guidelines
Is my purchase eligible for return?
- Items marked "Final Sale" or items from the Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The return window for eligible items is 30 days from the order shipping date.
- Item must be in original condition to be eligible for return. Which means:
- Free from makeup and deodorant.
- With tags and hygienic liner in place.
- Free of strong perfumes and essential oils.
Return options?
Returns for a refund to payment method, store credit, or exchanges are eligible for free return shipping when return coverage is purchased at checkout.
One exchange is allowed per order.
Orders that did not purchase return shipping coverage on the original order will be charged for return shipping costs. When requesting a refund to the original form of payment, a shipping and processing cost of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. The refund for your returned items will be issued once they have been received and processed.
When requesting Instant Exchange, a $1.00 charge is applied to the order temporarily until return items are shipped back within 14 days. If items are not shipped within the 14 day window, customers will be charged the full amount for new items.
